• EazeTaxes collects the Data from users only to the extent is required for purpose of providing E-filing related services as requested by the Users. We give priority in protecting the privacy of our Users. Our Users are important to us and we strive our best to make Users feel secure while using our services.
• When you visit our website, we ask you for information such as name, address, email –id and telephone number that helps us confirm that your identity information is genuine and correct.
• When we ask Users their Income Tax E- filing and GST Portal user id and password, it is used only for purpose of filing the tax return as requested by Users. We further send communications about the status of your return on the email-id provided to us.
• In order to file your Tax returns, to provide advice on various tax matters and to provide such other tax related services, we collect information about your income, deductions, Investments etc. Collectively, this information is known as tax return information.
• We do not sell or rent your personal or tax return information to anyone for promotional or marketing use.
• We use your personal information to charge you for the services you purchase. We use the contact information you provide to communicate with you. We use your tax return information to prepare and file your return, and provide related assistance and services.
• We retain copies of your completed and filed tax returns in accordance with our Policy.
• We work to protect your personal information and tax return information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration by using standard security safeguards, coupled with carefully developed security procedures and practices. We maintain electronic and procedural safeguards of all tax return information. Our employees/consultants are trained and are required to safeguard your information.
